BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Due to rapid project expansion and production growth, a major oil producer in Africa has requested PMO assist in training all new incoming hires.

BENEFITS & VALUE

PMO developed a comprehensive training program and was able to provide a French-Speaking trainer with in-country knowledge that could curate the entire program of 25+ introductory HSE courses. This will allow new hires to receive proper introductory HSE training prior to beginning their new roles. Beyond this program, PMO will work with the client to develop a competency management program.
