Due to a recent purchase and a major ramp-up, PMO was engaged to provide a full suite of HSE, Environmental and Security personnel in a condensed period of time to ensure the client’s global HSE Management system was implemented and in alignment with corporate and shareholder expectations. A gap analysis was conducted on the clients current global HSE management system and revised to create a project specific HSE-MS for the company in Chad.
